“Cognitive Wellness Essentials”
This class will focus on natural solutions for addressing brain fog, memory issues, mood imbalances, and fatigue. O’Borsky will discuss how cognitive decline, while common, is not inevitable, and how it can begin as early as the 30s. Participants will learn how lifestyle, diet, and nutrition can play a key role in maintaining and even improving brain health.

“Natural Approaches to Joint Health: Regenerative Medicine & Beyond”
In this session, O’Borsky will explore regenerative medicine and its effectiveness in preventing and managing joint pain. She will also cover natural strategies for maintaining healthy joints through lifestyle and nutrition, and how these approaches can reduce discomfort and help avoid invasive treatments like surgery.
Both classes are free and open to the public, providing valuable insights into natural health practices for long-term wellness.

Allie O’Borsky, a Traditional Naturopath and Certified Natural Health Professional with Healthways Integrative Medicine in Red Wing, MN, will be leading two free educational health and wellness classes at the Ellsworth Public Library this May. O’Borsky, who holds a degree in biology from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY, and advanced training from Trinity School of Natural Health, specializes in helping individuals restore their health using natural, holistic methods—particularly those struggling with persistent symptoms.
